average stay with some issues
shower drain sewer smell
i had a comfort twin room and it was okay. the shower drain was really lacking though. after a short shower, water leaked everywhere due to holes in the cabin (i had to use extra towels). there was also a sewer smell in the corridors , made walking to my room unpleasant.

the staff stored my luggage as i wanted to explore before my next destination i found that convenient the room offered a good view and housekeeping kept it clean daily i really appreciated that the staff were helpful during check in making it swift and easy
the hotel could use a little updating in some areas but it didn't drastically affect my experience

the rooms have a comfortable setup plus they are cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff, this ensures a tidy and fresh environment throughout their stay i loved it.

The staff provided early check-in options, this helped a lot. I found family rooms, a feature hard to find in Europe. The hotel is close to food and trains, this made travel easy. I felt safe walking around the area.
The hotel lacked a mini fridge or kettle in the room. This was inconvenient. I was approached by men often.

a mixed bag, really.
missing tv rushed cleaning
The tv was missing. i mean, who takes the tv out? also, the cleaning felt rushed. They didn't really change the towels even when i left them on the floor! it was a bit of a letdown, honestly. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
